Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 8, 2026
§ 1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Nexo auto sales (the "Dealer"), and where applicable The Dealers One, a software platform operated by Bubick Company LLC (the "Platform Provider"), collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit this website, submit inquiries, apply for financing, access a customer portal, request service or warranty support, review documents, or electronically sign records.

In this Policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Dealer or the Platform Provider depending on the context.
If you have questions about this Policy or wish to exercise any of your rights described below, contact the Dealer at Info@nexoautosales.com.
